About us
After obtaining his broker’s license in 1975 Pete has been specializing in Real Estate investments and exchanges and carlsbad property management. Pete earned his Real Estate investment certificate from the University of Irvine in 1981 and since then has taken numerous Real Estate courses and most recently received the CIAS- Certified Investment Agent specialist
Pete served in the army and was stationed in Viet Nam In 1967 and 1968. Pete is also a licensed pilot instrument rated.
Martha has been in Real Estate Development since 1984 and most recently at Petco headed up leasing and Property Management nationwide.
