Pete Went straight from college into Real Estate. After obtaining his brokers license in 1975 Pete along with his wife, Martha opened 2 real estate offices in Lakewood and Cypress California specializing in real estate investments; land development and exchanges employing up to 50 agents.

Pete Earned his Real Estate investment certificate from UC Irvine in 1981 and since then has taking numerous Real estate courses. Pete was drafted into the army in 1966 and served in Viet Nam, Pete is also an Instrument rated pilot

Matthew Cannon graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2001 with a degree in Communication. In 2002 Matthew began to work with his father and in this short time has made a major impact already earning the Certified Residential Specialist designation. The CRS designation is the highest degree awarded in Residential real estate.

Another crucial member of the team is Alicia Cannon.  Alicia graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2001 with a degree in art Studio. Alicia's background is in marketing with two years experience working for marketing design firms.
