About Carlsbad

Carlsbad California is a coastal community located West and east of the 5 freeway about 88 miles South of  Los Angeles and about 34 miles North of downtown San Diego.  Carlsbad is a great place to live and there are many rental homes available at affordable prices.  Look up Carlsbad property management and look for Cannon Real Estate to find a list of rental homes.  The closer you live to the beach the rental units are more expensive however moving inland East of the 5 freeway rents are very affordable.

Carlsbad weather is one of the most desirable  climates in southern California.  The temperatures in Carlsbad range from 57 degrees in the colder months to 73 degrees in July with occasional temperatures rising to the high 80′s.  The average rain fall is about 9 inches per year.
