• MLS-Multiple listing service. We place your property in the MLS and pay the selling broker 2.5% commission and keeping 1% for a listing fee for a total commission of 3.5%.
• Your property then is listed on realtor.com and the syndicated to numerious websites. No matter what advertising source a potential buyer is looking at he will see your property.
• Stregitic open house. We place numerous open house sign around and do advertising for a set open house time of 2 hours.
