Hello, my name is Pete Cannon,
After obtaining my California broker's license in 1975, I've been specializing in Real Estate investments and exchanges and Carlsbad Property Management.
In 1981, I received my Real Estate investment certificate from the University of Irvine, CA, and since then has taken numerous California Real Estate courses and recently received the CIAS, Certified Investment Agent Specialist.
I also served in the U.S. Army, and was stationed in Vietnam In 1967 and 1968.
My wife Martha, has been in Real Estate Development since 1984 and most recently at Petco headed up leasing and Property Management nationwide.
